摘要
高强度低合金钢(HSLA钢)的性能波动问题备受瞩目。文中借助光学显微镜(OM)检测和通过拉伸试验方法,研究了炉内带钢速度对420 MPa级HSLA钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,均热温度为800℃,炉内带钢速度在100~160 m/min范围内时,带钢厚度方向上的表层、1/4处和心部都存在逐渐增多的纤维铁素体,铁素体再结晶没有充分完成。当炉内带钢速度降低时,纤维铁素体减少,强度降低,断后延伸率提高。由于降低炉内带钢速度会影响产量,可以通过升高均热温度来实现铁素体再结晶分数的提高。
The performance fluctuation of high strength low alloy steel(HSLA steel)has attracted much attention.In this paper,the effect of the strip speed in furnace on the microstructure and properties of 420 MPa HSLA steel was studied by means of optical microscope(OM)detection and tensile testing.The results show that when the soaking temperature is 800℃and the strip speed in the furnace is within the range of 100~160 m/min,there is a gradual increase in fibrous ferrites on the surface,1/4 part and core of the strip thickness.Ferrite recrystallization has not been completed.As the strip speed in the furnace is reduced,the amount of fibrous ferrite decreases,the strength decreases and the elongation increases.Since reducing the strip speed in the furnace will affect the output,an increase in the ferrite recrystallization fraction can be achieved by increasing the soaking temperature.
