新钢9^(#)高炉开炉快速达产达标生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 新余钢铁股份有限公司(简称新钢,下同)9^(#)高炉(2500 m^(3))大修历时39天,为弥补大修所造成的产量损失,炼铁厂针对此次9^(#)高炉开炉制定了详尽的开炉方案,以期快速达产达标。文中主要介绍了开炉前对烘炉温度的控制、打压试漏、开炉料的计算以及铁口预埋氧枪等工艺;另外,此次开炉在新钢首次实行不堵风口全开风口送风的操作,装料制度采用发展中心与边缘两股气流,控制稳定的压差水平来恢复高炉参数,分步且快速增加焦炭负荷,仅用3天就完成了由铸造铁到炼钢铁的转换,日生产铁量达6500 t以上,实现了高炉快速达产达标的目标。 The 9^(#)blast furnace(2500 m^(3))of Xinsteel was blown out and the overhaul lasted 39 days.To make up for the loss of production caused by the overhaul,the ironmaking plant has formulated a detailed plan for the opening of 9^(#)blast furnace to quickly reach the production standard.In this paper,the temperature control measures during the drying oven process,the pressure leakage test,the calculation of the blow-in burden composition and the operation of embedding an oxygen lance in an iron notch before blast furnace blow-in are studied.Furthermore,this is the first time that all tuyeres have been opened during the blow-in process in Xinsteel.The charging system adopts two airflows of the development center and the edge,controls the stable pressure difference level to restore the blast furnace parameters,and increases the coke load step by step and rapidly.It takes only three days to complete the conversion from casting iron to steelmaking.Daily production of pig iron reaches more than 6500 t,achieving the goal of rapidly reaching high-standards and target-production successfully.
