摘要
基于对原子吸收仪结构和工作原理的理解,完成了光路控制、气路控制、数据传输接口设计。设计制作的化学成分数据采集管理系统,具备数据统计、数据实时自动传输等功能。系统的投入使用不仅缩短了检测周期,提高工作效率,降低数据差错率,还能更好地服务企业大规模生产,并取得良好的经济效益。
Based on an in-depth understanding of the structure and working principle of atomic absorption spectrometers,the design of optical path control,gas path control and data transmission interfaces is completed.The designed chemical composition data acquisition and management system has the functions of data statistics and real-time automatic data transmission.The application of the system not only shortens the detection period,improves work efficiency,and reduces the data error rate,but also better serves the large-scale production of enterprises,and obtains obvious benefits.
