摘要
研究了6005A-T6铝合金挤压型材在不同速率控制下的拉伸性能敏感性。结果表明,应力速率的改变对强度性能指标没有实质性的影响;横梁位移速率的增加,升高了强度性能指标。两种速率控制方法,断后伸长率均趋向降低,但降低趋势略有差异。
In this paper,the tensile property sensitivity of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy extrusion profile under different rates is studied.The test results show that the change of stress rate has no substantial effect on the strength property index;the increase of beam displacement rate increases the strengths property index.The elongation after fracture tends to decrease with two rate control methods,but the decreasing trend is slightly different.
