摘要
对7108合金及6005A合金从力学性能、金相组织及晶间腐蚀角度进行性能对比测试分析。结果表明,7108合金在力学拉伸性能、折弯性能及材料耐腐蚀性能上均优于6005A合金,在金相组织上两种合金相差不明显。最终得出结论,可用7108合金替代6005A合金进行汽车保险杠的应用推广。
In this paper,7108 alloy and 6005A alloy from the mechanical properties,microstructure and intergranular corrosion of the product performance comparative test analysis.The results show that 7108 alloy is superior to 6005A alloy in mechanical tensile properties,bending properties and material corrosion resistance,and there is no obvious difference between the two alloys in metallogrphic structure.Finally,it is concluded that 6005A alloy can be replaced by 7108 alloy for the application and promotion of automobile bumper.
