母亲教养压力对孤独症谱系障碍幼儿社交障碍的影响:有调节的中介 被引量:5

The Effects of Maternal Parenting Stress on Social Dysfunction of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder:The Model of Moderated Mediator

摘要 本研究采用教养压力量表、在家参与量表、社会反应量表和家庭文化资本问卷对来自北京、上海、厦门等地的218名ASD幼儿及其母亲进行问卷调查,以此考察母亲教养压力对ASD幼儿的影响机制。研究结果发现:母亲教养压力可以直接正向预测ASD幼儿的社交障碍;母亲教养压力通过在家教育参与的中介作用影响ASD幼儿的社交障碍;家庭文化资本调节了母亲在家参与在教养压力和社交障碍之间中介作用的前半路径和后半路径。在教育上,社会应该为ASD幼儿的母亲提供心理咨询服务,以减轻他们的教养压力,鼓励母亲积极参与到孩子的教育之中,并充分激发家庭的文化资本,为自身和ASD幼儿的发展提供支持。 To explore the influencing mechanism of maternal parenting stress on social dysfunction of children with ASD, 218 children with ASD and their mothers from Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen were recruited to complete a series of questionnaires including Parenting Stress Index, Home-Based Involvement Questionnaire, Social Response Scale and Family Cultural Capital Questionnaire. The results indicate that maternal parenting stress can directly and positively predict social dysfunction of children with ASD. The effect of maternal parenting stress on social dysfunction of children with ASD was mediated by home-based involvement. The mediation of home-based involvement between maternal parenting stress and social dysfunction of children with ASD was moderated by family cultural capital. In terms of education, society should provide psychological counseling services for mothers of children with ASD to reduce their parenting stress, and encourage mothers to actively participate in their children’s education. Finally, family cultural capital should be fully stimulated to provide support for their own development and the development of children with ASD.
