澳大利亚高等教育在世界高等教育坐标体系中占有举足轻重的地位。在高等教育国际化发展进程中,澳大利亚通过制定切实有效的战略目标、强化组织保障、设定质量保障、建立合作伙伴关系以及国际高等教育援助等策略推动高等教育国际化的纵深发展。借鉴澳大利亚政府高等教育国际化的成功经验,我国高等教育国际化发展可从政策、机构和人员三个层面探索发展的方向。

Australian higher education,as an important part of world higher education,plays an important role in the world higher education coordinate system.In the process of higher-education internationalization,Australia promotes the in-depth development of higher-education internationalization by formulating practical and effective strategic objectives and organizational guarantee,setting quality guarantee,establishing partnership and international higher-education assistance.Drawing on the successful experience of Australian government in the internationalization of higher education,China should explore the development direction in the internationalization of higher education from such three levels as policy,organization and personnel.
