摘要
新时代大学生成长的内外部环境都发生了巨大变化,家校合作育人工作也应因时而化、因势而新。对武汉8所部(委)属高校家长、教师、学生三个群体进行家校合作育人现状和满意度影响因素分析表明:高校家校合作较中小学趋弱;家、校、生育人理念存在错位;合作方式、渠道和内容单一;家校合作缺乏系统性。有效开展家校合作,高校要成立组织机构,加强家校合作顶层设计和研究;更新育人理念,构建家、校、生合作育人共同体;优化沟通栽体,畅通双向多元信息互通渠道;突出教育重点,健全贯穿大学全过程的家校合作体系。
Great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of college students'growth in the new era.The work of home-school cooperative education should also change with the times and the situation.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of home-school cooperative education and the influencing factors of satisfaction among parents,teachers and students in 8 universities affiliated to ministries(commissions)in Wuhan.The results show that the home-school cooperation in universities is weaker than that in primary and secondary schools,the educational concept of family,school and student is misplaced,their cooperation mode,channel and content is single,and home-school cooperation is not systematic.Universities should set up organizations to strengthen the top-level design and research of home-school cooperation,renew the educational concept to build a cooperative education community among family,school and student,optimize communication carriers to smooth two-way and diversified information exchange channels,and highlight the key points of education to improve the home-school cooperation system throughout the whole process of university.
