摘要
人才振兴是乡村振兴的关键。针对返乡青年开展职业生涯规划,可保证人才持续发展、促进人才结构优化、激发人才生机活力。当前,返乡青年职业生涯规划过程中存在因忽略主体性导致针对性不够、缺乏指导性导致规划性不好、缺乏市场性导致竞争性不强、缺乏保障性导致动力性不足等问题。解决这些问题,学校应强化主体意识,以精准对接促个性化发展;强化指导意识,以科学规划促职业化发展;强化市场意识,以系统谋划促高质量发展;强化保障意识,以组织协调促可持续发展。
Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization.Career planning for returning youth can ensure the sustainable development of talents,promote the optimization of talent structure and stimulate the vitality of talents.In the face of the problems of insufficient pertinence caused by ignoring subjectivity,poor planning caused by lack of guidance,weak competitiveness caused by lack of marketability and insufficient motivation caused by lack of guarantee in the process of career planning,in order to truly go far and achieve stability,we should strengthen the subject consciousness to promote the personalized development through accurate connection,strenthen the sense of guidance to promote the professional development with scientific planning,strengthen the market awareness to promote the high-quality development with systematic planning,and strengthen the sense of guarantee to promote the sustainable development through organization and coordination.
