我国教师心理研究二十年:进展与反思——基于CiteSpace可视化知识图谱的分析 被引量:5

摘要 通过运用信息可视化软件CiteSpace对近二十年我国教师心理研究的热点内容及演进趋势进行分析,结果表明:该领域的研究热点包括教师心理特征、教师心理契约、教师心理品质、教师心理问题、教师心理健康等;处于渐增趋势的研究前沿包括教师心理资本、工作投入、职业倦怠、心理契约、幼儿教师等。教师心理研究应厘清教师心理概念,建构教师心理研究的理论基础;关注教师心理特征,挖掘教师心理相关因素深层次关系;深入信息化教育环境,探究教师心理健康新问题;加强“质”与“量”整合研究,提高研究结果的可信度。 Using information visualization software CiteSpace as the research tool,this study analyzes the hot topics and trends of teacher psychology research over the past two decades.The results show that the hot topics in this field include teacher’s psychological characteristics,teacher’s psychological contract,teacher’s psychological quality,teacher’s psychological problems and teacher’s mental health.The research frontiers in the increasing trend include teacher psychological capital,job involvement,job burnout,psychological contract and preschool teachers.It should clarify the concept of teacher psychology and construct the theoretical basis of teacher psychology research,pay attention to the psychological characteristics of teachers and excavate the deep relationship between the relevant factors of teachers’psychology.It need to penetrate into informational education environment to explore the new problems of teachers’mental health,and it should combine quantitative and qualitative studies to improve the credibility of research results.
