摘要 随着新媒介与技术的发展,课程政策的有机运作越来越离不开课程政策传播方式改进与效能的提升。基于政策文本分析,我国课程政策经历了从20世纪80年代以政府主导、宣传为主的高度计划型的课程政策传播,到20世纪90年代媒介助推、环状互动的协商教育型的课程政策传播,以及21世纪以来协同合作与多元对话的公共服务型的课程政策传播模式的变迁。未来我国课程政策传播研究与实践的发展可从观念重构、政策意义建构、社会价值共鸣和传播伦理规范等方面来进行,以提高课程政策传播的质量,优化政策程序与社会结构,深化课程变革和课程政策实践。 With the development of new media and technology,the organic operation of curriculum policy is more and more inseparable from the improvement of the way of curriculum policy communication and the enhancement of efficiency.Based on the analysis of policy texts,our country’s curriculum policy has experienced from the highly planned curriculum policy dissemination dominated by the government and propaganda in the 1980s,to the media-assisted and circular interactive negotiated education curriculum in the 1990s.And the change of the public service curriculum policy communication mode based on coordinated cooperation and multi-dialogue since the 21st century.In the future,the development of curriculum policy communication research and practice in China can be carried out from the perspectives of concept reconstruction,policy meaning construction,social value resonance and communication ethics,so as to improve the quality of curriculum policy communication,optimize policy procedures and social structure,and deepen curriculum reform and curriculum policy practice.
