跨境外币支付清算系统(简称外币支付清算)是面向客户服务,具备统一清算标准,支持跨业务条线、跨交易产品、跨币种的国际结算支付业务处理、资金清算处理的后台管理系统。系统的总体设计包括总体设计要求、应用功能架构设计、物理架构设计、技术架构设计、用户交互设计以及关键技术设计等方面,是系统设计、系统编码和系统测试的主要依据,可为后续各项工作开展提供强有力的支撑。

Cross border foreign currency payment and clearing system(hereinafter referred to as foreign currency payment and clearing system) is a background management system that provides customer-oriented services, has unified clearing standards, and supports payment business processing and fund clearing processing across business lines, trading products and currencies. This paper is the overall design of this system, mainly including the overall design requirements, application function architecture design, physical architecture design,technical architecture design, user interaction design and key technology design. This design is the main basis for system detailed design,system coding and system testing, and provides strong support for the follow-up work.
