摘要
本文以6209深沟球轴承为研究对象,基于Hertz弹性体接触理论,在考虑游隙因素的基础上建立了深沟球轴承5自由度刚度计算模型。分析了轴承在径向、轴向及倾覆载荷作用下的位移响应及刚度特性,获得了外部载荷、径向游隙对深沟球轴承主刚度的影响规律。
In this paper, 6209 deep groove ball bearing is taken as the research object. Based on Hertz elastic body contact theory,a 5-DOF stiffness calculation model of deep groove ball bearing is established considering the clearance factor. The displacement response and stiffness characteristics of the bearing under radial, axial and tilting loads are analyzed. The influence of external load and radial clearance on the main stiffness of deep groove ball bearings is obtained.
