薄壁转盘轴承套模具感应淬火控制变形的工艺研究与应用

摘要 分析大型、特大型转盘轴承滚道和齿淬火变形原因,针对淬火过程自身引起的变形制定了套模具感应淬火控制变形的工艺方法。控制和减小淬火后变形量,达到减少淬火后精加工余量,获得更高的表面硬化层质量和齿轮精度,同时有效地提高产品加工效率。 The causes of quenching deformation of large and super large slewing bearing raceway and teeth are analyzed. Aiming at the deformation caused by the quenching process itself, the process method of induction quenching on deformation restriction by adding mould is formulated to control and reduce the deformation after quenching, so as to reduce the finishing allowance after quenching, obtain higher surface hardening layer quality and gear accuracy, and effectively improve the product processing efficiency.
