How Can Chinese Enterprises Develop Continuously and Healthily?Case Study of World Century Enterprises Based on Corporate Gene Theory

在借鉴相关企业基因理论研究成果的基础上,尝试重新构建企业基因结构概念模型,运用理论和案例研究相结合的方法,对世界百年企业的发展历史进行考察。研究发现,企业的进化是自然选择与自我能动性调节共同作用的结果,通过遗传、变异、重组三种企业基因进化机制可以提高自身适应性和可持续性。世界百年企业的进化过程中,企业碱基要素在企业内外部能够快速流动与协同变化并通过制度双链加以调节与稳固。研究结果表明,从企业发展目标、碱基要素、制度链、外部环境四方面发力,可以促进企业基因进化,为中国企业持续健康发展提供参考。

The development of corporate gene structure theory provides a new research perspective on how Chinese companies can develop continuously and healthily. This paper attempts to reconstruct the conceptual model of corporate gene structure based on the research results of related corporate gene structure theory. Using a combination of theory and case studies to study the development experience of world century enterprise. The study found that the evolution of enterprises is the result of the combined action of natural selection and self-motivation regulation. Through the three evolutionary mechanisms of genetics,mutation and recombination,enterprises can improve their own adaptability and sustainability. In the evolution process of world century enterprise,the basic elements of the enterprise can flow and coordinate changes quickly inside and outside the enterprise,and they can be adjusted and stabilized through the double chain of the system. The research results show that the development of enterprise development goals,basic elements,institutional chain,and external environment can promote the genetic evolution of enterprises,and provide an important reference for Chinese enterprises develop continuously and healthily.
