摘要
学习活力设计是当代国际学校改革中的一种新的教学模式,旨在推进课堂和学校中更广泛的文化发展,系统地培养学生优秀的学习习惯和态度;让学生沉着、自信而又创造性地面对各种困难和不确定性。学习活力设计让学生投入到自己的学习中,知道学习本身是可以不断提高和进阶的。学习活力设计研究主要提升四种学习素养,涉及情感、认知、策略和社交等四个领域,即坚韧不拔、足智多谋、深思熟虑以及互助互惠等方面。此外,在学习活力培养的实践过程中,教师需要从精心讲解指导、鼓励发表意见、细致统筹规划和提供榜样示范等四个方面予以着力。学习活力研究的价值体现在驱动学校变革、转变评价标准、转变学习观念、扩展学习能力等方面。
Building Learning Power is a new instructional model in the contemporary international school reform,which aims to cultivate the broader culture of classroom and school,and systematically cultivate learners’ excellent learning habits and attitudes;let students face difficulty and uncertainty calmly,confidently and creatively.Building Learning Power lets the learners engage in their own learning,and know that learning itself can be constantly improved and improved.Building Learning Power mainly involves cultivating four learning competencies,such as emotional,cognitive,strategic and social aspects,namely Resilience,Resourcefulness,Reflectiveness,and Reciprocity.In addition,in the practice of Building Learning Power,teachers need to carry out instructional activities from four aspects:explaining,commentating,orchestrating and modelling.The value of Building Learning Power is reflected in driving school reform,changing evaluation criteria,changing learning concept,and expanding learning ability.
