山东省生态保护与高质量发展水平耦合协调演进特征分析

Characteristics of Coupling and Coordinated Evolution of Ecological Protection Level and High-Quality Development Level in Shandong Province

通过剖析生态保护与高质量发展水平的耦合关系,构建山东省生态保护与高质量发展水平耦合协调评价指标体系,利用耦合协调度模型,对山东省各市的生态保护与高质量发展水平及耦合协调度进行综合评价,结果表明:①山东省生态保护与高质量发展水平的时序特点表现为研究期内整体发展水平不断增长、持续向好,空间分布上沿海地区高于内陆地区、鲁东地区高于鲁西地区、鲁北地区高于鲁南地区;②研究期内山东省各市生态保护与高质量发展水平耦合协调度整体得到发展,各市应根据自身现实情况,因地制宜地制定协调发展策略。

The paper built the evaluation index system of coupling and coordination between ecological protection level and high-quality development level in Shandong Province by analyzing the coupling relationship between ecological protection level and high-quality development level and comprehensively evaluated the coupling and coordination degree of ecological protection level and high-quality development level of each city in the province by using the coupling coordination degree model.The outcomes show that a)the temporal characteristics of ecological protection level and high-quality development level in the province show that the overall development level continues to grow and keeps improving during the study period.The spatial distribution of coastal areas is higher than that of inland areas,eastern Shandong is higher than western Shandong and northern Shandong is higher than southern Shandong and;b)during the study period,the coupling and coordination degree of ecological protection level and high-quality development level of each city in the province have been developed as a whole.Each city should formulate coordinated development strategies according to its own reality and local conditions.
