再生剂对老化沥青再生效果的影响

Regeneration Effect of Regenerating Agent on Ageing Asphalt

以废弃植物油为主要成分,90号基质沥青、芳烃油以及少量增塑剂和抗老化剂为辅剂,复配而成一类热沥青再生剂,考察了其对老化沥青再生效果的影响。通过对再生剂性能测试以及其对老化沥青的恢复效果评价,综合对比了自制再生剂与市购两种不同类型再生剂对老化沥青的再生效果,筛选出黏度适宜、抗老化性良好且可有效恢复老化沥青性能的再生剂。通过考察不同再生剂掺量的再生沥青指标恢复效果和车辙因子变化情况,确定了自制再生剂的适宜掺量范围。

This paper prepares a type of thermal asphalt regenerating agent using the waste vegetable oil as the main component and No.90 matrix asphalt, aromatic oil, a small amount of plasticizer and anti-aging agent as the auxiliary components, to evaluate its regeneration effect on ageing asphalt. According to the performance test of the regenerating agent and the evaluation of its restoration effect on ageing asphalt, the regeneration effects of self-prepared and commercial regenerating agents are synthetically compared to select the regenerating agent with proper viscosity, good anti-aging performance and effective recovery of ageing asphalt properties. By testing the restoration effect of regenerated asphalt indicators with different dosage of regenerating agent and the variation of rutting factor, the suitable dosage range of self-prepared regenerating agent is determined.
