摘要
梳齿板伸缩缝具有行车舒适性好的优点,但各种类型的梳齿板伸缩缝在工程应用中病害频繁且维修困难,根源在于其结构存在一些难以解决的技术问题。提出一种降噪抗震多向变位梳齿板式伸缩装置,通过大(活动)齿板的双端锚固结构,实现对大(活动)齿板的多向弹性约束,有效解决各类型梳齿板伸缩缝中最常见的锚固螺母松脱及其带来的噪声问题,并可提高多向变位的位移量,满足大跨桥梁结构的变形需求。通过理论分析、试验验证和工程实际应用结果表明,该伸缩装置结构简单、受力合理、经济耐用、安装方便,满足桥梁结构多向变位需求,起到较好的降噪抗震效果,具有很好的推广价值。
The comb plate expansion joint has the advantage of good driving comfort, but the diseases are frequent and the maintenance is difficult in its engineering application because there are several tough technical problems in the structure. This paper puts forward a noise reducing and shock absorbing multidirectional displacement comb plate expansion device. It realizes the multi-directional elastic constraint of the large(movable) comb plate through the anchorage structure of both ends of the comb plate, which can effectively solve the common loosening of the anchorage nut and the noise in various types of expansion joints of the comb plate and increase the volume of multi-directional displacement to meet the deformation requirements of the large-span bridge structure. The results of the theoretical analysis, experimental verification and engineering application show that this expansion device has simple structure, reasonable stress, economic and durable service life, and convenient installation, meets the multi-directional displacement requirement of the bridge structure, has good effects of noise reduction and shock absorption, and has a good promotion value.
