摘要
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化反应后的产品,是商业化止血剂的主要成分,也是新型止血剂研发的主要基材。该文围绕壳聚糖止血效能研究的最新进展,对壳聚糖止血机制、壳聚糖脱乙酰度、相对分子质量、化学修饰基团对凝血效能的影响,以及止血效能评估动物模型进行了综述,为基于壳聚糖材料的高效止血剂国产化开发提供参考。
Chitosan is a product of deacetylation of chitin. It is the main component of commercial hemostatic agents and the main substrate for the development of new hemostatic agents. This article focuses on the latest progress in the study of chitosan′s hemostatic efficacy,and summarizes the hemostatic mechanism of chitosan,the degree of chitosan deacetylation,the relative molecular weight,the influence of chemical modification groups on coagulation efficacy,and the animal models for evaluating hemostatic efficacy. It is expected to provide reference for domestic development of highefficiency hemostatic agents based on chitosan materials.
