Sustainability of Agricultural Supply Chain Incorporating Corporate Social Responsibility

建立农产品供应链博弈模型,刻画农产品供应链的经济、环境和社会可持续性,研究企业社会责任的影响,发现:企业社会责任会同时增强农产品供应链的经济、环境和社会可持续性,三方面不存在冲突;农产品生产企业和销售企业的社会责任都会增强农产品供应链的可持续性,二者没有矛盾;农产品销售企业社会责任提升农产品供应链经济、环境和社会可持续性的程度,比农产品生产企业社会责任的提升程度大。

This paper develops a mathematical model in approach of game theory to attain the economic,environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain respectively.It further analyzes how the corporate social responsibility affects the sustainability of agricultural supply chain.The findings are as follows:First,the corporate social responsibility enhances the economic,environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain simultaneously without any conflicts.Secondly,both the corporate social responsibility of the agricultural manufacturer and that of the agricultural retailer increases the ternary sustainability of agricultural supply chain without any contradictions.Thirdly,the corporate social responsibility of the agricultural retailer promotes the economic,environmental and social sustainability of agricultural supply chain more than that of the agricultural manufacturer.
