摘要
川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是一种急性、自限性、高炎症状态的血管炎性疾病,具有独特的临床特征,与冠状动脉损伤(coronary arterial lesion,CAL)相关。其发病机制目前尚不清楚,现有的研究表明血管内皮细胞的活化和血清促炎细胞因子水平的升高可导致血管炎症和损伤,与川崎病的发病机制有关。本文就细胞因子中的白介素家族在川崎病发病机制中的作用作一综述。
Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute,self-limited,high-inflammatory vasculitis disease that with unique clinical characteristics,which is correlated with coronary artery lesion(CAL).The pathogenesis of kawasaki disease is still unclear.Existing studies suggest that activation of vascular endothelial cells and elevation of serum pro-inflammatory cytokines caused vascular inflammation and injury might be related to the pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease.This article reviews the role of interleukin family of cytokines in pathogenesis of Kawasaki disease.
