老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者衰弱程度与疲劳感知相关性研究

Study on the correlation between frailty degree and fatigue perception in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的调查老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的衰弱程度与疲劳感知现状,分析二者相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、Tilburg衰弱指数量表、多维疲劳量表-20对厦门市某三甲医院193例老年COPD患者进行横断面调查。结果患者衰弱得分为(11.38±1.55)分,衰弱患病率为71.0%;疲劳感知得分为(65.48±5.45)分;其衰弱程度与疲劳感知呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者衰弱及疲劳感知水平较高,受到多种因素影响,且二者存在相关性。医务人员应协助患者做好衰弱及疲劳的症状管理,从而改善其生存质量。

Objective To investigate the frailty degree and fatigue perception status of elderly COPD patients,and to explore their correlation.Methods The general data questionnaire,Tilburg frailty index scale and multidimensional fatigue scale-20 were used to investigate 193 elderly COPD patients in a class A hospital in Xiamen.Results The frailty score was(11.38±1.55),and the frailty prevalence was 71.0%.The score of fatigue perception was(65.48±5.45).The degree of weakness was positively correlated with fatigue perception(P<0.05).Conclusions The elderly patients with COPD had high levels of frailty and fatigue perception,which were affected by many factors,and they were correlated with each other.Medical staff should assist patients in managing symptoms of weakness and fatigue to improve their quality of life.
