摘要
目前冶金行业生产规模不断扩大,对电解铝产能的需求日益加大。低品位铝土资源被大量开采,在满足电解铝产能的同时,其产品中氧化铝杂质较高,杂质中的氧化锂,使电解质中锂盐富集,对铝电解槽的正常运行产生严重影响。因此,如何采取有效策略,降低高锂电解质含量,消除富集现象对铝电解生产的影响,成为铝电解行业必须解决的问题。
With the scaling production of metallurgical industry,the demand for capacity of electrolytic aluminum is growing.Large amounts of low-grade resource have been unearthed,leading to enough capacity,but the lithium oxide in the product enriches lithium in the electrolyte,which badly affects the function of aluminum electrolyzer.Therefore,effective measures of reducing high-Li electrolyte and eliminating the enrichment impact on Al electrolysis must be taken in the industry.
