基于区域经济发展特质的职业院校教师企业实践路径研究

Research on Enterprise Practice Approach for Teachers of Vocational Colleges Based on Regional Economic Development Characteristics

选取上海市普陀区、徐汇区、嘉定区3个区域,基于区域经济发展特质探究职业院校教师企业实践的路径,运用定量分析法分析职业院校教师企业实践的现状和面临的瓶颈,并提出相应的改进措施,以促进3个区域职业教育体系的完善。

There regions of Shanghai,Putuo District,Xuhui District and Jiading District,are selected,and the enterprise practice approach for teachers of vocational colleges based on regional economic development characteristics are probed into.The current situation and the dilemma faced by the teachers of vocational schools in enterprise practice are analyzed by adopting quantitative analysis method,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to promote the perfection of vocational education system of the three regions.
