摘要
稳步发展职业本科教育是不断适应产业转型升级需求和满足职业技能供给效能的重要举措,也是完善现代职业教育体系架构和彰显职业教育类型地位的重要抓手。针对当前我国产业结构转型升级、完善现代职业教育体系、新职业新岗位对劳动者能力结构变化等对职业本科教育发展提出的现实需求,要从职业性、高端性和标准性三方面明确职业本科教育的发展定位。有效推动职业本科教育高质量发展,必须找准正确的发展方向和路径,而依托“双高计划”学校举办职业本科教育是一种合适的行动路径,其在建设过程中需要在“职”字上固根本、在“高”字上求发展、在“标准”上做探索。
Steady development of vocational undergraduate education is an important measure to continuously adapt to the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and to meet the supply efficiency of vocational skills.At the same time,it is also an important starting point for improving the structure of modern vocational education system and highlighting the status of vocational education types.In view of the current needs for the development of vocational undergraduate education,such as the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure,the improvement of the construction of modern vocational education system,and the changes in the ability structure of workers due to new occupations and new positions.It is necessary to clarify the development orientation of vocational undergraduate education from three aspects:vocational,high-end and standard.To promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education,we must find the correct development direction and path,and rely on the“double-high plan”colleges and universities to hold vocational undergraduate education is a suitable path of action.In the process of construction,it is necessary to consolidate the fundamentals in the word“vocational”,seek development in the word“high”and explore in the“standard”.
