不同基质对角堇生长影响研究

Effects of Substrates on Growth of Viola cornuta

目的:研究不同基质对角堇生长的影响。方法:以角堇为研究对象,在相同配比条件下改变基质种类,进行对比试验。通过形态指标(冠幅、高度、鲜重/干重、花朵数、花期)、生理指标(叶绿素、脯氨酸、还原糖、丙二醛、根系活力)的测定,并对角堇进行综合评价。结果:不同基质对角堇生长有较大影响,其中处理T_(3)(猪粪∶椰糠∶田园土=2∶1∶7)的综合评价最佳,T_(6)(鸡粪∶椰糠∶田园土=2∶1∶7)角堇的综合评价最差。结论:在相同基质比例条件下,猪粪混合基质最适合角堇生长,鸡粪混合基质最不适宜角堇生长,所有基质栽培均优于田园土。

Objective:To study the effect of different substrates on the growth of Viola cornuta.Methods:With the same variety of Viola cornuta as the research object,the variety of matrix was changed under the same proportion,and the control experiment was carried out.The morphological indexes(Crown width,Height,Fresh/Dry weight,Number of flowers,Florescence),physiological indexes(Chlorophyll,Proline,Reducing sugar,Malondialdehyde,Root activity)were measured,and the comprehensive evaluation of Viola cornuta is made.Results:Different substrates had great influence on the growth of Viola cornuta L.,among which the comprehensive evaluation of treated T_(3)(Cow manure∶Coconut chaff∶Field soil=2∶1∶7)was the best,and that of T_(6)(Chicken manure∶Coconut chaff∶Field soil=2∶1∶7)was the worst.Conclusion:At the same substrate proportion,the mixed substrate of pig manure was the most suitable for the growth of Viola cornuta,and the mixed substrate of chicken manure was the least suitable for the growth of Viola cornuta,all substrate culture was better than field soil.
