摘要
目的:以7-羟基香豆素为原料合成的化合物SP作为荧光探针应用于巯基氨基酸的检测。方法:7-羟基香豆素和2,4-二硝基氟苯反应合成得到化合物SP,通过荧光增强实现巯基氨基酸的灵敏检测。结果:在探针SP的溶液中加入巯基氨基酸后(谷胱甘肽、半胱氨酸、高半胱氨酸),探针荧光逐渐增强,此探针响应时间较短,20 min达到荧光平台区;且加入其它种类氨基酸或常见离子,探针荧光强度未呈现明显变化。结论:合成的探针SP能够实现巯基氨基酸的检测,且具有良好的选择性。
Objective:The compound SP synthesized from 7-hydroxycoumarin was used as fluorescent probe for the detection of sulfhydryl amino acids.Methods:Compound SP was synthesized by the reaction of 7-hydroxycoumarin and 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene.Fluorescence spectrum was used to monitor sulfhydryl amino acids.Results:After adding sulfhydryl amino acids(glutathione,cysteine or homocysteine)into the solution of probe SP,the fluorescence of SP increased gradually,and the response time of SP was short,reaching the fluorescence plateau region in 20 min.The fluorescence intensity of SP did not change significantly when other amino acids or common anions were added.Conclusion:The probe SP can detect sulfhydryl amino acids and show high selectivity.
