高清碳带打印用BOPET基膜的制备及性能研究

摘要 针对普通BOPET在热转印碳带制备及使用过程中出现涂层分布不均、涂层脱落和热收缩率过大等问题,通过配方设计及成型工艺优化,成功开发了高清晰度打印的BOPET薄膜,BOPET薄膜具有抗粘分布均匀和热稳定性优异等特点,薄膜表面粗糙度Ra值达到0.15-0.2μm,拉伸强度增加到280MPa,热收缩率低至0.2%. Aiming at the problems of uneven coating distribution,coating peeling,and excessive thermal shrinkage during the preparation and use of ordinary BOPET thermal transfer ribbons,through formula design and molding process optimization,a high-definition printed BOPET has been successfully developed.The film has the characteristics of uniform distribution of surface anti-adhesion and excellent thermal stability,The surface roughness Ra value reaches 0.15-0.2μm,the tensile strength increases to 280MPa,and the thermal shrinkage is as low as 0.2%.
