Study on Public Medium Optimization of Natural Gas Purification Plant

对天然气净化厂各项公用介质供应能力、全厂公用介质物料平衡、净化装置不同状态公用介质消耗进行了全面细致地统计和分析;进行了关键工艺下公用介质消耗的计算,通过体积计算、热量计算、换热效果分析和最优使用量测试等方法,明确了公用介质使用量的理论最优值,以指导生产运行。

In this paper,the supply capacity of various public media in natural gas purification plant,the material balance of public media in the whole plant and the consumption of public media in different states of purification plant are comprehensively and carefully analyzed.Through volume calculation,heat calculation,heat exchange effect analysis,optimal usage test and other methods,the theoretical optimal value of the usage of public medium was determined to guide production operation.
