摘要
探究十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)改性对2024铝合金微弧氧化膜层(MAO)以及钒酸根型微弧氧化/水滑石复合膜层(MLV)的性能影响。利用扫描电镜、接触角测试仪及电化学阻抗和极化曲线对MAO膜层、MAO-DTMS膜层和MLV-DTMS膜层的表面形貌、疏水性和耐蚀性能进行分析。结果表明:DTMS改性能够对微弧氧化膜层的结构缺陷进行修复,能显著提高膜层表面疏水性并改善膜层的耐蚀性能。同时,水滑石的生长还能够促进DTMS在微弧氧化膜层表面的成膜,进一步提高MAO膜层的长期耐蚀性能。
In this paper,the effects of dodecyl trimethoxysilane(DTMS)on 2024 aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation(MAO),and vanadate type micro-arc oxide/hydrotalcite composite film(MLV)were investigated.The surface morphology,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of MAO film,MAO-DTMS film and MLV-DTMS film are analyzed by using the scanning electron microscope,contact angle tester and electrochemical impedance and polarization curves.The results show that the DTMS modification can repair the structural defects of the micro-arc oxidation film,and significantly improve the surface hydrophobicity of the film,and improve the corrosion resistance of the film.Meanwhile,the growth of hydrotalcite can promote the formation of DTMS film on the surface of micro-arc oxidation film,further improving the long-term corrosion resistance of MAO film.
