摘要 一段转化炉是合成氨装置的核心组成部分之一,转化反应是吸热反应,生产中消耗大量天然气,支配着整个合成氨装置的产品质量、能耗和操作周期等,转化炉保温效果的好坏对转化炉经济效益和社会效益都十分显著,转化炉运行的好坏越来越受到广泛关注。转化炉合理的衬里结构,对保证炉管温度均匀分布,促进转化反应,提高炉管的利用率具有重要的意义。 The primary reformer is one of the core components of the ammonia plant.The conversion reaction is an endothermic reaction.A large amount of natural gas is consumed in production,which controls the product quality,energy consumption and operation cycle of the whole ammonia plant;The thermal insulation effect of reformer is very significant to the economic and social benefits of reformer.The operation of reformer has attracted more and more attention.The reasonable lining structure of reformer is of great significance to ensure the uniform distribution of furnace tube temperature,promote conversion reaction and improve the utilization rate of furnace tube.
