摘要
汽油机缸内直喷(GDI)技术是指汽油直接喷入到燃烧室内进行燃烧的技术,其核心零部件喷油器的相关技术一直被国外企业垄断。就喷油器在FAW CA4GC20TD发动机上的设计开发、匹配试验进行深入研究,为今后的自主喷油器的设计提供参考。
Gasoline direct injection(GDI)technology refers to the technology in which gasoline is directly injected into the combustion chamber for combustion.The development of its core component injectors has been monopolized by foreign technology.The design,de-velopment and matching test of the fuel injector on the FAW CA4GC20TD engi ne are elaborated in depth,which provides reference for the design of the autonomous fuel injector.
