摘要 以排量2.3L柴油机为研究对象,对其建模后,采用流体仿真优化冷却系统,该设计使整机的冷却流场更为合理,有利于减少发动机的热应力与热负荷,万有特性燃油经济区间范围覆盖宽广。试验数据表明优化后柴油机性能得到了较大的改善,热负荷降低,柴油机整机的可靠性提高。采用燃烧开发、燃油系统优化、进气系统优化、后处理系统优化以及先进的软件控制策略等方法,达到节能、减排、低噪声、高可靠性、适应性强等目的。 It takes displacement 2. 3 L diesel engine as the research object. After completing modeling of its structure on the modeling software,with fluid simulation optimize the diesel engine structure,the cooling flow field of the whole machine is more reasonable,which is conducive to reducing the thermal stress and thermal load of the cylinder block,and the range of characteristic fuel economy is wide. The experimental data show that after optimization,the performance of diesel engine is improved,the heat load is reduced,and the reliability of diesel engine is improved. It mainly optimizes the structure of diesel engine injector and the reasonable arrangement of its position in the system,improves the structure of inlet port to obtain high flow coefficient under the condition of low-speed swirl ratio,more advanced control strategy for catalyst and advanced ECU control strategy so as to achieve the purposes of energy saving,low emission,low noise,high reliability and strong adaptability.
