面向产业需求的高校人工智能人才培养研究

Study on Artificial Intelligence Talent Cultivation in Universities Oriented to Industrial Demands

高校人工智能人才培养与产业界用人需求之间存在难以有效匹配的矛盾,面向产业需求规划人工智能人才培养方案势在必行。分析人工智能人才需求端的缺口特征及人才培训工具链,总结供给端对接行业应用场景的探索经验,提出在夯实人工智能课程体系建设的基础上完善引产入教校企协同育人机制,落实基于实训教学的人工智能人才培养等优化措施。初步实施结果表明,面向产业需求的人工智能人才培养能促进高校与产业联动,强化人工智能专业本科生技能,提升高校输送人才与企业用人需求之间的契合度。

In order to alleviate the contradiction between the cultivation of artificial intelligence(AI)talent in universities and the demand for employment in the industry,the only way is to plan AI talent training programs oriented to industrial demands. This article analyzes the characteristics of talent gaps as well as the construction of talent training tool chain on the demand side,and summarizes the exploratory attempt connecting with the industrial scenarios on the supply side. On the basis of consolidating the construction of AI curriculum system,this article proposes to improve the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism by "inducting industry into education",and carry out several optimization measures of AI talent cultivation based on practical teaching. Preliminary results show that AI talent cultivation in universities oriented to industrial demands can promote the linkage between universities and industries,strengthen the AI professional skills of undergraduates,and improve the compatibility between the AI undergraduate talent delivered by universities and the employment demands of industries.
