金沙水电站水轮机顶盖液位过高故障分析及处理 被引量:2

摘要 为解决金沙水电站1号机组在启动调试阶段出现的水轮机顶盖液位过高故障,利用排除法和真机试验法进行了全面分析。通过检查动作信号及逻辑、检查顶盖排水系统、分解检查主轴密封,综合分析了导致顶盖液位过高的根本原因。通过清理主轴密封、优化控制流程、更换滤水器滤芯、检查真空破坏阀动作灵活性及可靠性、排查自动化元件,在机组安装、调试及运行过程中采取了相应的防范措施。通过机组启动试运行试验验证,证明以上分析和处理是正确的,避免了其他机组发生此类故障,确保了机组安全、稳定运行。研究成果可为水电站水轮机顶盖液位异常故障的分析和处理提供借鉴。 In order to solve fault accident of excessively high fluid level of turbine roof cover of Jinsha Hydropower Station’s No. 1 unit in startup stage,exclusion method and real machine tests were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and study,including check the action signal and logic,check the roof drainage system,check main shaft seal,and the root causes are comprehensively analyzed. By checking and cleaning the spindle seal,optimizing the control process,replacing the water filter element,checking the action flexibility and reliability of the vacuum damage valve,and checking the automatic elements,relevant preventive measures are taken in the unit installation,commissioning and operation. The unit startup test showed that the above analysis and treatment are correct,which avoids the similar faults for other units,ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.The analysis results can provide reference for the analysis and treatment of abnormal hydraulic level of turbine.
