摘要 课程是影响高等学校教育质量的首要因素。目前我国高校存在“水课”问题,影响了高等教育人才培养质量。与“水课”相对的是“金课”,具有高阶性、创新性和挑战度的一流课程。在新冠疫情肆虐、传统教学模式“满堂灌”、毕业生创新创业思维缺乏、社会价值观多元化的背景下,传统高等教育教学模式已无法满足当代大学生全面发展需求,急需探索一种新型教学模式。本文介绍以一流课程建设为目标导向的《智慧城市》线上线下混合课程教学改革探索和实践经验。通过课程历史沿革、慕课资源建设、多维度课程设计、组织实施过程以及课程特色的阐述,以期为我国高等教育教学模式创新改革和线上线下混合一流课程建设提供借鉴。 Curriculum is the primary factor affecting the quality of higher education.At present,there are many “water courses(low-quality)” in colleges and universities in China,which greatly affect the quality of talents training in higher education in China.The opposite of “water courses” is “golden course”,which is a first-class course with advanced,innovative and challenging degree.Under the background of COVID-19,traditional teaching mode is “full”,graduates lack innovative and entrepreneurial thinking,and diversified social values,traditional teaching mode of higher education can no longer meet the comprehensive development needs of contemporary college students,and it is urgent to explore a new teaching mode.This paper introduces the teaching reform exploration and practical experience of the online and on-site mixed course of “Smart City” with the goal of first-class course construction.Through the course history evolution,MOOC resource construction,multi-dimensional course design,organization and implementation process and course characteristics,it is expected to provide reference for the teaching mode innovation and the construction of online and on-site hybrid first-class courses in China’s higher education.
