摘要
村级工业园升级改造是广东“三旧”改造下一阶段的重点工作,为进一步完善村级工业园相关理论研究,本文以佛山市顺德区382个村级工业园为研究对象,采用核密度、探索性空间数据、GWR(地理加权回归)等方法分析顺德区村级工业园的空间分布特征,探讨形成影响因素。研究结果表明:顺德区村级工业园空间分布呈现显著的空间聚集及空间自相关,局部自相关不明显;村级工业园空间分布受人口数量、一二三级道路长度、河流水面、城市用地面积、村庄用地面积、水源保护区面积等因素的影响,且各因素影响程度存在显著差异;村级工业园空间集聚特征与制造业现状主导产业集聚特征基本一致,说明主导产业集聚是导致村级工业园分布特征形成的主要原因。
The upgrading and reconstruction of village-level industrial parks is the key work in the next stage of Guangdong’s “three olds” reconstruction.In order to further improve the theoretical research on village-level industrial parks,this paper takes 382 village-level industrial parks in Shunde District,Foshan City as the research object,and uses the kernel density,exploratory spatial data,GWR and other analytical methods to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of village-level industrial parks in Shunde District,and to explore the influencing factors of their formation.Results show that,the distribution of village-level industrial parks in Shunde presents significant spatial aggregation and spatial autocorrelation,but the local autocorrelation is not obvious;The spatial distribution of village-level industrial parks is affected by the size of population,the length of primary,secondary,and tertiary roads,river water surface,urban land area,village land area,water source protection area and other factors,and there are significant differences in the degree of influence of each factor;The spatial agglomeration characteristics of village-level industrial parks are basically the same as those of the current manufacturing industry,indicating that the agglomeration of leading industries is the main reason for the formation of current distribution characteristics of village-level industrial parks.
