市售鱼类喹诺酮类药物残留调查 被引量:2

Survey of Quinolones Residues in Fishes in the Retailer

摘要 为了解市售水产品中鱼类喹诺酮类药物(QNs)的残留情况,采集了厦门市水产品批发市场销售的12种常见鱼类样品,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)法对鱼肌肉组织中6种喹诺酮类药物(恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、洛美沙星、培氟沙星)的残留进行测定。结果表明,所采集的136份样本中的6种喹诺酮类药物残留量检测的总合格率为97.79%,其中恩诺沙星检出率为2.21%,环丙沙星检出率为1.47%,其余4种喹诺酮类药物均未检出。在所采集的样品中,大口黑鲈的喹诺酮类药物残留量的检出率最高,为8.33%。指出,喹诺酮类药物在鱼类养殖中使用较普遍,特别是恩诺沙星与环丙沙星被广泛使用。提出,应加强水产养殖、暂养、销售各个环节中喹诺酮类药物的使用管理。 To investigate the quinolones residues of common types of fishes in the retailer and put forward countermeasures for possible risks. 136 samples of 12 common fishes sold in aquatic products wholesale market were collected for the detection of quinolones by Ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, including enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, lomefloxacin, pefloxacin. The results showed that the qualified rate of quinolones in 136 samples was 97.79%, the detectable rate of enrofloxacin was 2.21% and ciprofloxacin was 1.47%. The residues of ofloxacin, norfloxacin, lomefloxacin, pefloxacin were not detected in all samples. The detectable rate of Micropterus salmoides sample was 8.33%, which was the highest in all samples. The problem of quinolones illegally used in fishes still existed, especially enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin are more prominent. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision over the whole process of aquaculture, sale and use of quinolones.
