基于共生理论的双向转诊发展困境及对策研究

Development Dilemma and Countermeasures of Two-way Referral Based on Symbiosis Theory

共生不仅仅是生物学中的普遍现象,还广泛应用于社会发展的各个领域。共生理论与双向转诊的发展具有天然的契合性,本研究在共生理论视角下,探讨当前我国双向转诊发展过程中的难点和困境,提出推进双向转诊工作的路径和对策。第一,建立协同联动、高质的共生单元。第二,营造正向积极的共生环境。第三,构建紧密型对称互惠的共生模式。从而优化医疗卫生资源的配置和利用,实现“小病在社区、大病到医院、康复回社区”的理想医疗服务模式。

Symbiosis is not only a universal phenomenon in biology,but also widely used in various fields of social development.There is a natural fit between the symbiosis theory and the development of two-way referral.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this study explores the difficulties and predicaments in the current development of two-way referral in China,and proposes ways and countermeasures to promote two-way referral work.Firstly,we should establish a high-quality symbiosis unit with synergy and linkage.Secondly,we should create a positive symbiosis environment.Thirdly,we should build a close symbiosis model of symmetric reciprocity,so as to optimize the allocation and utilization of medical and health resources,and realize the ideal medical service model of"minor illnesses in the community,serious illnesses to the hospital,and rehabilitation back to the community".
