高校落实《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》,深化教育评价改革,对于实现高校高质量内涵式发展,推动高校落实立德树人根本任务,扭转不科学教育评价导向具有重要意义和价值。同时,要科学审视高校深化教育评价改革所面临的多元评价主体参与度不均衡化、评价方法及标准不够科学、评价结果运用功利化等现实困境。遵循实践范式逻辑、实证逻辑、开放式逻辑,明晰探索改革的实践路向,坚持正确高等教育价值观和导向,推动教育评价的多元化与专业化,创新评价办法,科学使用评价工具,克服评价的形式化、功利化。

The implementation of The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era and deepening the reform of educational evaluation in colleges and universities are of great significance and values for realizing the high-quality connotative development of colleges and universities,promoting the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,and reversing the unscientific orientation of educational evaluation.At the same time,we should scientifically examine the practical difficulties faced by colleges and universities in deepening the reform of educational evaluation,such as the unbalanced participation of multiple evaluation subjects,the unscientific evaluation methods and standards,and the utilitarian use of evaluation results by following the logic of practice paradigm,empirical logic and open logic,clearly explore the practical direction of reform,adhere to the correct values and guidance of higher education,promote the diversification and specialization of educational evaluation,innovate evaluation methods,scientifically use evaluation tools,so as to overcome the formalization and utilitarianism of evaluation.
