光缆用驱鸟装置的设计

摘要 本文涉及一种光缆线用驱鸟装置,包括机械部分、硬件部分、软件部分,其中机械部分包括动力输入部分、动力输出部分,输入部分将风能通过机械传动到发条储能,并通过机械传动进行输出。硬件电路的主控芯片选用STC15W408AS,硬件电路包括有线外设部分、无线外设部分。该设计可实现驱赶鸟类的功能并能通过4G网络实现实时监测鸟类聚集状况。 This paper relates to a bird repelling device for optical cable line,including mechanical part,hardware part,and software part,where the mechanical part includes power input part,power output part,using Soild Work,Auto CAD,and Today’s Manufacturing Aided Design tools for belt drive,gear drive,structural profile,and standard parts.The input part will wind energy through mechanical drive to clockwork energy storage and output through mechanical drive.The main control chip of the hardware circuit is STC89C52,and the hardware circuit includes wired peripheral part and wireless peripheral part.The schematic is designed using AltiumDesigner.The control program uses Keil5 development platform with embedded programming mode.The design can realize the function of repelling birds and can realize realtime monitoring of bird gathering condition through 4G network.
