摘要
依据GB 9254-2008《信息技术设备的无线电骚扰限值和测量方法》,测量被测产品输入电源线上的150kHz~30MHz频率范围内的传导发射,应用在不同平台上的产品的测量结果应满足相应的传导发射极限值,并通过分析电磁兼容试验中电源端子骚扰电压试验测量结果不确定度的来源,并计算测量不确定度的值,为实验室检测结果提供了不确定度评定的依据。
According to GB 9254-2008“Limits and methods of measurement of Radio Disturbance in information technology equipment”,the conduction emission in the frequency range of 150kHz~30MHZ on the input power line of the measured product is measured,the measurement results of the products applied on different platforms should meet the corresponding conduction emission limit values.In this paper,the source of uncertainty in measurement of Power Supply Terminal Disturbance Voltage in EMC test is analyzed,and the value of uncertainty in measurement is calculated.
