基于Borderless产品前倾使用环境泡棉寿命的探究

摘要 随着技术的发展,消费者选择显示器的关注点不仅仅是功能,对其外观及使用方式也是十分在意;无边框、前倾使用等逐渐成了时下较为流行的概念,因此也对其显示品质提出了更高的要求。通过对Borderless(无边框设计)液晶显示器产品可能发生泡棉开胶/撕裂导致panel脱落的问题进行研究,考察了产品寿命(泡棉开胶/撕裂)与不同使用环境、使用方法之间的关系。研究过程中对测试环境温度、前倾角度、负重重量和产品失效时间进行统计拟合、回归分析,充分探究了温度等因子对产品寿命的影响,为panel脱落的分析和改善提供了理论依据和解决方向。 With the development of technology,consumers choose the focus of display is not only the function,the appearance and use of the way is also very concerned;Bezel-less,forward-leaning use has gradually become a popular concept,so it also puts forward higher requirements for its display quality.The relationship between product life(foam detach/tear)and different environments and methods of use is investigated by examining the possibility of panel detach/tear on Borderless LIQUID crystal displays.In the research process,statistical fitting and regression analysis were carried out on the test environment temperature,forward Angle,load weight and product failure time,and the influence of temperature and other factors on product life was fully explored,which provided theoretical basis and solution direction for the analysis and improvement of panel shedding.
