直流融冰TE触发板检测装置研究

TE触发板是直流融冰成套装置的关键设备之一,每一个直流融冰装置均需要配置大量的TE板。本文详细分析了在某换流站直流融冰系统验收调试期间出现的TE触发板故障问题,通过对故障原因深入分析与仿真模拟,得到故障原因。在更换TE板前,需对TE板进行测试,此外根据相关运维要求,定期也要针对TE板等重要的备品备件进行检测。本文针对目前现有的检测手段,设计出一种检测TE触发板的装置。该装置的使用可大大降低TE触发板检测的难度与风险,提高现场工作效率,为日后直流融冰TE触发板现场检测提供了便利。

TE trigger plate is one of the key equipments of DC melting ice equipment,each DC melting unit requires a large number of TE plates.This paper analyzes in detail the fault of TE trigger board during the acceptance and debugging of DC melting ice system in a converter station,the fault causes are obtained through in-depth analysis and simulation.Test the TE trigger board before replacing it,in addition,check important spare parts such as TE trigger board periodically according to related requirements.This paper designs a device for detecting TE trigger plate according to the existing detection methods.The use of the device can greatly reduce the difficulty and risk of TE trigger board detection,improve the on-site work efficiency,and provide convenience for the future dc melting TE trigger board on-site detection.
