环网柜智能湿度监测及除凝露系统设计

Design of Intelligent Temperature and Humidity Monitoring and Decondensation System Design for Ring Main Unit

为应对变电站户外环网柜设备的凝露问题,本文设计了一种用于环网柜设备内部凝露监测及清除的智能系统,该系统基于AM2320湿度传感器收集设备内部的湿度数据,并将数据传输至智能控制器,通过对环境湿度情况的智能诊断,微控制器将控制设备开始除湿操作或停止运行,实现对环网柜设备内部湿度实时监测的同时在必要时去除环网柜内部的凝露,保障环网柜设备内部的环境湿度始终处于安全范围内,避免由于凝露问题造成的设备故障,从而间接提高电力系统的供电可靠性。

In order to solve the condensation problem of outdoor ring cabinet equipment in substation,this paper designs an intelligent system for the monitoring and removal of condensation inside ring cabinet equipment.The system collects humidity data inside the equipment based on AM2320 humidity sensor and transmits the data to the intelligent controller.Micro controller will start dehumidification control equipment operation or stop running,realize the ring network cabinet internal humidity real-time monitoring equipment at the same time,when necessary,remove the ring network cabinet internal condensation,guarantee the inside of the ring network cabinet equipment remain the safety within the scope of environmental humidity,avoid the condensation problem caused by equipment failure,and indirectly,improve power supply reliability of power system.
