摘要
目的:综述了鞣花酸和鞣花单宁的结构和来源、鞣花酸的提取和生物法制备工艺的研究进展,以期为鞣花酸的工业生产提供科学依据。方法:总结有关鞣花酸制备的研究性论文、综述及书籍等。结果:固态发酵、液态发酵和酶转化方法生产鞣花酸的工艺优缺点各异。结论:鞣花酸的应用前景广阔,生产方式多样,生物技术法生产鞣花酸是一种绿色高效的生产的方法。
[Objective]To review the structure and source of ellagic acid and ellagitannins and the research on the preparation of ellagic acid by extraction and biological methods,in order to provide reference for the application of ellagic acid in industrial production.MethodWe summarized research papers,reviews and books on preparation and application of ellagic acid.ResultThe advantages and disadvantages of solid fermentation,liquid fermentation and enzyme conversion methods for producing ellagic acid are different.ConclusionThe application prospect of ellagic acid is broad,and the production methods are diverse.The production of ellagic acid by biotechnology is a green and efficient production method.
