摘要
面对环保和产品纯度的要求,将正极材料与铝箔的高效分离,关系到后续回收过程的难易程度及回收效率.使用过硫酸钠-硫酸亚铁-超声辅助剥离体系,实现废旧LIBs镍钴锰酸锂正极与铝箔的剥离.确定最佳条件:反应温度35℃,超声功率100 W,过硫酸钠用量0.02 mol/L,二价铁用量0.02 mol/L,反应初始pH值2,反应时间4 min.在最优条件下,剥离效率和得到的铝箔纯度均可达100%,同时Al、Li、Ni、Co和Mn的溶解效率低达0.46%、5.32%、2.33%、3.81%、2.53%,实现了铝箔和正极材料的原位回收.
Due to the environmental protection and high purity requirements of products,efficient separation of cathode material from aluminum foils of lithium-ion batteries is related to the subsequent recovery process and efficiency of valuable metals.The cathode material can be completely peeled off from Al foils by the Na 2S 2O 8-FeSO 4-ultrasonic system.The optimal conditions are determined as follows:temperature of 35℃,ultrasonic power of 100 W,dosage of Na 2S 2O 8 of 0.02 mol/L,dosage of Fe 2+of 0.02 mol/L,the initial pH=2,reaction time of 4 min.Under the optimal conditions,the peeling efficiency and the purity of the obtained aluminum foil can reach 100%,while the dissolution efficiency of Al,Li,Ni,Co and Mn is as low as 0.46%,5.32%,2.33%,3.81%and 2.53%respectively,which realizes the in-situ recovery of aluminum foil and cathode materials.
