摘要
为研究钢板桩围堰结构受力情况以及支撑对受力的影响,基于实际工程项目,通过数值分析的方法建立有限元模型,对钢板桩围堰施工的稳定性进行计算,并进行优化分析和研究.结果表明:随着挖掘深度的增加,第三层施工时钢板桩围堰将出现最大位移和应力,下层支撑尤为重要;钢板桩应力和变形对于横撑的位置参数较为敏感,通过对横撑的有效布置及利用,可以提高钢板桩围堰的稳定性,保证施工安全;采用数值模拟的方法对钢板桩围堰进行分析,为有效提高施工安全性提供依据.
In order to study the stress of the steel sheet pile cofferdam structure and the influence of the support on the stress,based on the actual engineering project,a finite element model was established and analyzed by numerical analysis method to calculate the stability of the steel sheet pile cofferdam construction.The results show that with the increase of excavation depth,the steel sheet pile cofferdam will have the maximum displacement and stress during the construction of the third layer,and the support of the lower layer is particularly important.Effective arrangement and utilization can improve the stability of the steel sheet pile cofferdam and ensure the construction safety.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the steel sheet pile cofferdam,which effectively improves the construction safety.
