摘要 随着经济和科技的不断发展,智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展成为必然发展趋势.为研究智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展影响因素及其内在联系,通过文献梳理和专家访谈的方式,从宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面选取了智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的影响因素,进而构建了解释结构模型(ISM)的层次结构图,认为创新型人才培养、法律制度及标准规范和认知程度是其关键因素.在此基础上,运用交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC),确定创新型人才培养的驱动力最大、建筑企业发展战略目标的依赖性最强.该研究对推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展提供了理论参考. With the continuous development of economy and technology,the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization is an inevitable requirement.Through literature review and expert interview,the influential factors of coordinated development are selected from the macro,meso,and micro levels,and a development hierarchical structure model of the Interpretation Structure Model was constructed.The model shows that the cultivation of innovative talents,legal systems,standards,and cognitive degree are key factors.On this basis,the cross-influence matrix multiplication(MICMAC)is used to determine that the driving force of innovative talent training is the largest and the dependence of the development strategy of construction enterprises is the strongest,which provides a theoretical reference for promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and construction industrialization.
